I'm a Family Physician, Emergency Medicine doc, and Lifestyle Medicine Specialist.
But I didn’t always practice this way.
Early in my career, I watched too many brilliant colleagues push through brain fog, autoimmune flares, and crushing fatigue—told to medicate, suppress, and keep going. I was one of them.
Years of shift work, ER culture, and survival-mode medicine left me inflamed, depleted, and disconnected from the work I once loved. Long days. Skipped meals. Cold pizza at midnight. Coffee to stay alert (and dehydration because drinking water meant needing time for extra bathroom breaks, and let’s be honest: there was never time for that).
On paper, I looked fine. But inside? I was running on empty.
Everything changed when I realized healing isn’t about trying harder—it’s about being supported. I began studying Lifestyle Medicine, Plant-Based nutrition, and nervous system science—not just for my patients, but to reclaim my own energy, clarity, and joy.
Now, I guide fellow physicians and nurses through the same tools and mindset shifts that changed my life. I’ve built a practical, evidence-based curriculum that helps you heal from the inside out—so you can feel good again, in your body and in your practice.

Sangeeta is, first and foremost, a beam of light. Her warmth, humor, and genuine care brighten every room she enters. And her radiance is backed by deep expertise: with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, she’s guided hundreds of individuals in breaking free from harmful habits, restoring their health, and building lives filled with intention and connection.
With a master's degree in education, training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and Japanese Zen, Sangeeta blends evidence-based strategies with a deeply grounded presence. She has a gift for translating complex ideas into simple, embodied practices—and she’s never afraid to laugh at her own inner narratives along the way. Her stories remind us all that mindset is a muscle, and self-compassion is the strongest one.
Her passion for mindful movement shines through her work as a Qi Gong and yoga instructor, where she teaches how movement supports not just the body, but emotional and mental clarity. With plant-based nutrition training from eCornell and years of experience leading culinary demos and community events, she makes healthy living approachable—and delicious.
Sangeeta’s holistic path has also included studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and hypnotherapy. Her mentorship is honest, heart-centered, and refreshingly down-to-earth—perfectly aligned with the mission of Lifestyle Medicine Triumph.
