Exercise is Medicine!

Moderate physical activity can BOOST your IMMUNITY!

How fun is that!?

Now remember, its all about building new habits, and doing what we can do starting TODAY!

What can you do today?  Go around the block once?  Do a sun salutation?

Go for a 5 min swim?

But Wait! How much benefits an I REALLY get from exercising for 1-5 minutes? I might as well wait for tomorrow when I can do 30 right?

REMEMBER!  The Habit is the Goal!  If you start today and decide that daily, preferably at the same time you will move, it will stick!  The momentum will accumulate!
