What do I do if I get sick or think I am at a higher risk than usual?
The first think I do is review all the stuff we've talked about. Throughout these videos, we've covered so much material! From nature to food to sleep to exercise, AND the effect of all the above on our microbiome and our stress! There is quite a bit to implement! But you absolutely WANT to do these things however BECAUSE this is the actual foundation! No special weapon will give you the expected benefits without it.
Think about it this way: you can't nudge a cell you don't have to work harder.
Some of the things I talk in this videos such as my breathing techniques - I do try to do most of the time but get much more consistent in times of higher needs.
Down shifting and resting while staying hydrated matters a lot.
SNUS RINSE is a staple for me and I will tell you why and how.
The oil blends that I use are really just icing on that cake! You will hear all about those near the end of the video.
