Stress Less Challenge Day 4

What's Happening in Day 4

We are gonna talk about the second most important thing for powerful resilience today!

You are gonna wanna watch this!

Did you know that when our kids don't get enough zzzzz's it can cause cognitive dysfunction like ADHD symptoms on steroids?

Did you know that you have more control over your child's sleep, and yours, then you thought?

For a child, the entire contents and consumptions of the day set them up for proper sleeping. The moment their peepers open they are actually started the process of preparing for a good night's sleep.

But we've been taught that bedtime starts 1 to 2 hours before bed and that is false.

Now for us moms that late-night guilt and worry for our kid's future can also find ease in simple actions that help set the tone for this resilience.

Truth is no one likes to talk about the fact that 54% of autism parents coin themselves as coffee connoisseurs because of the 3 or 4 am wake-ups.

Watch today's video on how to say goodbye to the coffee needs and hello to 8 hours of actual quality sleep for both you and your child.

PS: Make sure you set a reminder for our live, in-person Q and A tomorrow. These sessions are not recorded because I open up and hold nothing back for all the questions you may have. It's like getting a free strategy session on steroids and gives you glimpse of what its like to be in a community of families working towards the same goal
