Stress Less Challenge Day 1

What's Happening in Day 1

If one thing is consistent with parents of kids on the spectrum, it's that stress is part of their morning, afternoon, and evening.

But parents often don't realize that their vagus nerve dysfunction and the state of their sympathetic nervous system is creating more stress in our kiddos.

Our kids were once physically attached to you through an umbilical cord and will always be connected to you, especially at the beginning stages of life where they learn how to regulate through mirror neurons and co regulation.

Even the size of your pupils affects how they may react to certain situations.

The moving towards independence starts by learning how to support your vagus nerve and returning to a parasympathetic nervous system.

This 5-day training will offer massive insight into how you can support your nervous system but also that of your child.

The goal is to create support for each of you to learn resilience in a world of stress.

We all know that the stress of a parent with a child on the spectrum has been compared to army men who have PTSD from the war.
